This dog breed picture of a loving French bulldog would warm any dog lover’s heart. It’s interesting- with way fewer facial muscles to communicate emotion, dogs still manage to tell us what’s in their heart.
Dog breeds seem to wax and wane in popularity due to shifting interests, probably in TV shows and movies starring them, for the most part. I’m not sure what’s given the little Frenchie his boost, but looking at this dog breed picture that exudes love and devotion, I’m not surprised by it.

Dogs heading down a grassy trail - there’s something so peaceful about this photo. Besides, the two of them look like best buddies, probably on their way to some nice muddy pond for a cooling dip.
If I were a dog, the country would be the place for me. I’d choose barking after squirrels over chasing cars down a street any day.
Black Labrador Cools Down

I enjoyed this photo of a pet lover with his black labrador dog getting some summer relief at a fire hydrant. Maybe this was taken outside a firehouse? Dalmatians are traditional but this could be a fireman and mascot.
Anyway, the owner seems to sincerely care about his pet - a reminder that most pet owners are like this and only a few are animal cruelty types. The media must look long and hard to find those mistreated animal stories.
