The Magic Zoo’s equine pendant would make a wonderful horse lover gift for a special young lady. This sterling silver Quarter horse necklace has a remarkable amount of personality for its size ( about 3/4 inch tall and 3/4 wide.)
It reminds me of living in the Sierra Mountain Foothills last decade, where my neighbors down the road raised beautiful bay and pinto horses on an emerald green pasture. These gentle equines would approach for a nose pet, especially when my daughter Cedar was with me. She seemed to attract the attention of all kinds of animals- both large and small.
I think horses are magnificent; my own limited experience of riding has been a thrill . Those were memorable experiences, and creating a horse lover pendant is my way of honoring these beautiful animals.

Horses are magnificent animals; I wanted to design something that would pay homage to them. I certainly make a lot of sterling silver horse jewelry in a more modest price range, but sometimes I like seeing how a design looks and feels in solid gold.
